The staff were very friendly and helpful as far as the challenges with my stay were possible. The reception staff were very helpful and obviously overworked.

Where do I start! And I paid 27k rupees for a "suite" expecting something that resembled the website description. For someone who travels with work around the world over 150 days a year, this was the worst I have seen compared to that which was sold on the website. Firstly, arriving at my room the door would not open and had to be forced by the member of staff. In the room, the safe had been broken into, and electronics were still loose in the hold. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was soo much mould in the shower you could smell it. When I complained I was told there were no other rooms. The next next day, I was excitedly upgraded. However, although a larger room, the bath leaked so much it never filled and instead flooded the floor, the decoration was old and tattered. There were food stains on the furniture and floor. To make matters worse, on the first night when they were trying to fix the safe, they said go to the bar and have a free beer. No surprises, they charged me and would not accept that that was what was agreed.

Receptionist during our stay was exceptional, service was also very good . They even welcomed us very good . One of the best stays i have been to and the whole staff was great amazing. It was a pleasant experience. You can book this even if its far away.

Limited Options but Quality was good.

Quality of towels, bedsheets and pillow covers. Towels were rough upholstery needs change Wash room WC has to be changed as it has stain marks Price is more for the kind of facilities

Sad to say nothing

Poor hygiene. A big cockroach in the bathroom sink. My room was changed but it did not inspire confidence about the hotel. Also, I have requested invoice of my stay to be sent to my email but the same has not been sent even after two reminder calls from Booking.com
