Petit studio avec petite terrasse à l'ombre de citronnier. Le logement est neuf et la clim très efficace. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute. La plage et la mer sont très belles.

Attention accès par route en terre pas toujours facile avec une voiture de location. Il n'y a plus qu'une taverne et un mini mini market.Faire les course avant d'arriver.

Parking, cama cómoda y cierta tranquilidad. Ambiente relajado en la playa próxima.

Los accesos muy complicados. Incomodidad para cocinar. Presencia de cucarachas en el exterior. No retirada de contenido de papelera del baño.

Świetna lokalizacja. Spokojna, mała wioska nad morzem otoczona górami. Bajeczne plaże, zazwyczaj puste. Piękny widok na morze. Przyjemny taras wśród drzew cytrynowych. Życzliwa, pomocna, komunikatywna właścicielka. Służy pomocą w organizacji dojazdu do Agios Ioannis. W apartamencie bardzo czysto. Wszystko działa.

Utrudnieniem jest dojazd do wsi, komunikacji publicznej nie ma; jedyna droga do wsi jest szutrowa, wyboista, kręta i prowadzi przez góry.

Miejsce jest idealne dla osób, ktore lubią swobodny wypoczynek, bez leżaków na plaży i parasoli. W wiosce jest jeden sklep i jedna restauracja ze smacznym domowym jedzeniem. Apartament jest wygody i przestronny wyposażony w klimatyzację. W kuchni jest wszystko, czego potrzeba do przygotowania posiłków, a w łazience znaleźliśmy podstawowe kosmetyki. Przed domem mozna usiąść w cieniu drzewek cytrynowych i patrzeć na morze. A nasza gospodyni była bardzo gościnna i serdeczna.

The apartment is located in between a beautiful mountain range and the sea. It is spacious, clean, and breezy. Perfect for summer holidays. It is well equipped with air conditioning and facilities to stay in and cook if you wish. The host, Maria, and her husband are exceptional landlords - very caring and always around to help you if need be. Our visit to Agios Ioannis has been a memorable one because of the natural beauty ,how remote and wild the location is (rare to find these days), and the comfort of this apartment.

"Great location with nice views"

Very nice cosy apartment, room was clean with air conditioning, spacious with seaviews. It had even small patio with table and chairs outside. My stay was pleasant and I will happily come back again. Beach was approx. 200 m and closest tavern was 50 m. Welcome drink and dessert was very nice touch 😊

Everything was ok, no issues. Owner did not speak English, but we communicated through google translator so everything went smoothly.
