硬體環境需要加強，例如浴室水垢、牆面壁癌、地面不平，容易跌倒。 隔音不好，一直聽到鄰近房拉浴室門的轟隆聲。

離我們要求的地點很近,服務人員也很親切,有問題反映都會盡快幫我們解決.

設備比較老舊,安排的第一間房間沒有熱水,浴室門也關不起來.還好反映後,他們換另外一間房間,有比較好, 但因為在風口處,而新竹的風又很大，所以會有風聲比較吵.
