"Grand appartement neuf très bien équipé avec grand balcon à 20mn du centre"

Grand appartement dans immeuble neuf, calme, confortable et propre, à 20mn à pied du centre. Très bien équipé. Beau balcon spacieux avec un salon exterieir dont on a bien profité. Emplacement de parking privé : c'est appréciable.

Apartament nou , generos,modern si complet utilat cu toate facilitatile pentru un sejour chiar mai lung.Curatenie impecabila.Situat intr un ansamblu nou ,linistit de locuinte. Terasa este spatioasa,placuta mai ales dimineata la cafea (lasata de proprietar) cu mobilier elegant,confortabil si util. Parcarea este un plus. Este un pic departe de centrul vechi dar nu este o problema. Se ajunge repede, la pas admirand arhitectura si casele orasului vechi trecand si pe langa piiata Cibin foarte aprovizionata. Recomand.

"Maravilhosa"

Apartamento amplo, confortável, claro. Bem aquipado. Fica a uns 30-30 min de caminhada para o centro da cidade. Em poucos min de carro temos acesso a grandes redes de supermercado. O condomínio é bem tranquilo, organizado e dispõe tb de um mini-mercado com tudo para casa (bebidas, alimentos, material de higiene pessoal e da casa, etc)
