Hotel Bawa Udaipur

The property has a good restaurant and the rooms are quite good and clean aswell. The staff are respectful and friendly.

The service was too slow, there were multiple occasions where i had to request the same thing twice after long intervals. For instance,At dinner, i believe due to a crowded restaurant we were not given proper cutlery and crockery, and had to remind the staff to send us hot water twice even after that we weren’t served. And no one visually available to call out to serve us food. That being said, The food was exceptional, really loved the quality of the food we were served.

The rooms are modern and well kept. Its quite spacious and with good amenities.

The roof top restaurant is sitting idle since its not working. It would have been nice with it being functional.

Services from reception officials shardul sir and all others were excellent, cooperative and polite Services from restaurant staff were excellent, I appreciate all the restaurant staff for their prompt Services.

The hotel was very nice and the food was delicious.

The only thing I didn't like was, there was some renovation work going on in the hotel and it got started at 9 in the morning and went till 9 in the night so sleeping or taking rest at this time was not possible

Great location, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and food was great.

Unfortunately there were building works at the hotel and not just 9am-6pm as stated by staff. Would have been appropriate for this to be mentioned when the hotel messaged requesting first nights payment!!

Everything was nice including staff,location and cleanliness.

Just one thing only when we were staying construction work was going on at that time which make us little discomfort because we stayed in suite which was mentioned soundproof but it was not specifically during night, rest of the things were fabulous
