Everything was perfect, especially the host Manlio, who took care of everything we needed thoughtfully and with a smile. The apartment was well equipped, very very clean and comfortable and when we had a small issue with the hot water Manlio was there immediately to take care of it. The heated floor was a treat and the information and advice about where to go in town were very helpful.

I am short and while the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cups they were out of my reach. A small step stool would be helpful.

The apartment is very close to Bus station and Train station, easy access, very kind owner,Manlio, was often checking on us if all is good.Very happy to have a good rest after long journey.Also well approved by our dog.

What's not to like. Great location close to the train station and downtown. The Golden House was perfect for us. Super comfortable, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, warm and comfy. The host, Manlio, is kind and gracious, and he kept in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. He also provided snacks and juice.

We had a great stay in the apartment close to the railway station and the pedestrianized part of the city centre. And great contact with the helpful host. 👍👍🙏

Manlio, the landlord was very kind and helpful. He supported us a lot on logistics (how to get to apartment, etc.) and was always responsive on any our query we had before and during our stay.

The apartment "Gold House" is beautiful. The kitchen and bathroom are wonderful and the bedroom is great. The location is perfect. Close to cheap grocery store chains, the main piazza and 5 minutes from the main beach and coast. The host Manlio is incredible and very nice. His communication is excellent and he is available to answer any questions. Will stay here again!
