Ontbijt was geweldig, zoveel keuze & heel veel lekkere verse producten. Alles is nieuw en voelt modern aan. bed ligt heel comfortabel. Lekker centraal, veel winkels en restaurants in de buurt. We hebben genoten.

Tijdens de check-in kregen we te horen dat er een borg van 300USD wordt ingehouden op onze creditcard. Op zich geen probleem, maar dat had het hotel netjes eerder moeten vermelden.

The keys weren’t working to go up the elevators so we tried going up the stairs which also needed the keys. Isn’t that a fire hazard? The buffet was also not as great as they’ve advertised it & the pool was closed off due to an influencer event. Could have at least given us a discount for not being able to swim at a pool we paid for. On booking.com it also told me I could get a free upgrade which is why I booked this, but definitely not true as they tried to charge me more when I got there.

Es top en todo, su habitaciones, el servicio, el personal, el desayuno.

Todo!! Las luces al subir el ascensor un espectáculo! El personal muy amable, el buffet de desayuno riquísimo, el cuarto muy cómodo y todo el diseño en sí del hotel divino! Me encantó!

Que para cargar el teléfono necesitas enchufe europeo 😅

Location, style, attention to detail, staff, breakfast, pool and bar area, boutique feel. Luis, Renato were very helpful and other concierge staff also. Loved the free room upgrade, late check out Luis sorted for me and Renato sorting out my city tour that was great value and fun.
