La ubicación y el desayuno

Que en el check out en la recepción me dijera que tenía que hacer una valoración con un 10. No hay un sitio con seguridad para dejar las maletas, se dejan todas en la recepción. Muy incomodo el acceder a las habitación estábamos en el5 piso y luego había que subir dos tramos de escaleras estrechas y una de ellas de caracol. Lo mejor el desayuno y las vistas desde la habitación

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the rooms are quiet, even though it is on a busy junction. Everything is modern and up to date.

In my room I cracked my head on a shelf, and bled quite badly. The shelf is in a really stupid position near the end of the bed, so unless you are looking straight ahead, it is easy to smash into it. I showed pictures to the staff and explained the situation. She was sympathetic, but no changes were made to the positioning of the shelf. I had to hang a towel on it as a warning. I advise you to wear a helmet in those rooms ;-) . Otherwise all fine. Breakfast OK, but nothing special. Don´t leave it t the last minute to have breakfast, as they stop replenishing the items about 30 minutes before the end of the service.
