Stunning location, huge room with amazing views of the lake and lovely owners who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. It does get cold at night but it's part of the experience and there are lots of blankets, tea and a hot water bottle. Great value for money. Beautiful place!

Judith, Josue and their beautiful boy Thiago were absolutely amazing!!!! This was the best stay after a huge bus ride. We were so relaxed watching the sunset cuddled up with a blanket. We were provided with the most incredible food - especially the fried trout and soup Judith prepared. Josue took us on a tour around Uros and also took my partner fishing!!! It was just so great. We didn’t want to leave. We also jumped in the lake which was beautiful and clear. A unique and special stay we will remember forever.

The location, the view, the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. They were lovely!!

This is a ‘rustic’ stay with basic facilities - a compost toilet and freezing cold shower. If that’s not for you, don’t stay here.

Incredible people that would organize so much for you. Very good food, transportation and they also arranged for us to join an island tour. The experience itself is really cool, but you need to put on a lot of clothes because it is going to be cold. You will never forget the water bottle.

Dinner and breakfast were brought to my room and were very good. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The owners were very attentive; they also brought me a hot water bottle as it gets very cold at night. The room was well-equipped and clean, and the view was magnificent. I was able to watch the sunset over the lake from the terrace of my lodge. Alos, it is possible to pay by card (with a small additional fee), which is very convenient. The owners picked me up by boat and dropped me off the next day by boat as well.

The lodge is only accessible by boat, so you can't manage on your own and are therefore "forced" to have dinner there in the evening, even if it wasn't necessarily what you had planned.

Very atmospheric setting and authentic experience with charming hosts on a tiny island. It is truly unique and great for a night staying with the indigenous community.

It is seriously cold. They provide plenty of bedding but be warned that this isn't a hotel room with heating. Running water was in short supply too when we stayed.

The place on the lake was amazing, being in the heart of Uros community was a fantastic experience. We even went fishing with the family, it was awesome

There was no heater but with had hot water bottle to sleep with, so it was fine
