Central Belfast Apartments: Cromwell

Really good value for money and really good facilities for self catering - plenty of pots/pans/crockery, cleaning supplies etc. Close to shops/amenities and Queens University.

I think its a student area so the street the apartment is on is a bit run down but still felt perfectly safe.

Location is good. It takes about 5-7 minutes to the centre. No car park but don’t worry as lots of parking spaces on street.

Lovely clean property - 2 bathrooms were definitely a bonus! Great location, although not right in the centre, great bars and restaurants at the end of the street and only 15 minute walk to the centre.

Street looked a bit rough but the property was really clean and would stay again!

The apartment was beautiful, huge for the Belfast standard, very clean, no mould. The heating worked very well, it was fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, dish washer, a vacuum, utilities, etc. We were 4 adults and a toddler who stayed for one week. A travel cot and a high chair was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is actually very central, located close to Botanic which is only a 10 minute walk away from City Hall. Many restaurants are close by. It's a quiet area too although being so central. The staff are very friendly and try their best to meet your needs and wishes.

The key is put in a key safe which may feel weird safety wise. We had to store it in the safe as there is only one key for the front door and we were 4 adults going separate ways during the day. Also there is one very obvious mistake that can happen, namely forgetting to put the key inside. Keep in mind there is no emergency number so if you arrive outside of office hours there is no one to look after you.
