Very nice room with perfect balcony. Close to the city center - about 10min walk. Supermarket in 4min walk. Mirko is adorable host with everything. We have coffee and tea in the room, refrigerator and coffee machine. The bathroom is clean and wide.

The building is close to the main streets in the city. The room was clean and Mirko the host was very helpful and kind and always easy to contact. He helped us find a place to buy a new luggage bag and brought us local pastries for breakfast.

Nothing - everything was great. There is a section of spiral stairs to the room which could be a challenge with heavy bags as there's no lift.

Mirko was the best! We had trouble downloading the WhatsApp video so he took photos. The room was lovely, great bed, cute balcony. There is a parking lot nearby. Mirko brought us breakfast the 2nd day.

You have to be able to negotiate WhatsApp and the process of checking in. This is not a hotel with a front desk. And there is no elevator so you have to go up one flight of marble staircase with the luggage. It is very nice though. Maybe not good for an old couple.

Clean and spacious room. The tremendous kindness of the lady and Mirko. Quick response. Communication was perfect. I was touched by their warm hearts to help guest. Especially Mirko took me to the bus station with luggages. Thank you so much. You made Catania special to me.

Safe location(we parked our car just outside the building), clean room and great experience overall. Mirko was an excellent host. Him and Rosmary willing to help anytime.
