The location and the view

The check-in process is a disaster, we weren't told which of the 4 building towers to go to, the address provided was wrong and the taxi took us to this address then had to turn back and find his way from a description of the building that we have him.

After reading the reviews we were pretty nervous going to the apartment, however overall it was a plesent experience. It's been cleaned up, the wifi was OK, air con worked well, the shower was hot and there is a nice kitchen to prepare simple meals.

Apparently there is a bug problem in the building. There are some roaches still but not as bad as the other reviews mentioned. Also, when we arrived it took quite a bit of time to check in and get the keys. It would be better if there are clear instructions from the owner how to check in properly, with directions how to get there, the unit number, leaving ID at the front desk, where to get the keys and all of the relevent information. After that everything was fine and we got good communication via booking.

Location to supermarket and some fast food restaurants. 25mins from the airport.

From the get-go we had a bad experience with this property. We contacted booking.com and the owner after our stay, I have given both weeks to respond before posting a review but received no response. This property was infested with bugs and cockroaches. The bed had bugs in it and even the fridge. We found the checkin process thoroughly confusing as booking.com map and address and of location was not correct at all. We only found the place because of the picture of the jazz building and even then we had no idea which door or building to look for. We asked around and no one had heard of it, we started worrying we didn't have any accommodation for the night and spent an hour looking even though the taxi dropped us at 'the door'. The security guard at the front desk was just as confused as us, but thankfully, they were helpful in trying to locate it for us and let us use the phone to contact you. They did find my name as a guest but not my partners name, who they were reluctant to let in. We didn't know we'd have to leave our ID at the front desk. They also advertise a pool and gym which the security said we were not permitted to use as we were guests. The owner also made us uncomfortable when they asked if someone could come over to the apartment to pick up their stuff (we coukdnt work out what stuff had been left) so, we went back to the room to make sure our stuff was safe as we felt like someone could get in there. This wasted one of our days. More information was required for location, check-in, and about the building. There was someone ringing a bell twice a day... we presume that could have been a call for bins, but we had no idea and would have been nice to know. We asked for a refund as we were uncomfortable during our stay but didn't even receive a reply from the owner.

Very bad communication with the property owner, hardly reachable making my stay very uncomfortable.

The location is good, with a mall right outside the front door. We didn't have a chance to try them but there is few swimming pools in the complex and a gym.

We had a very similar and disappointing experience to the other reviews. You have to talk to security in the lobby to check in but they didn't have any reservation under our name so they asked us to contact the owner of the apartment. After 1h we finally got into the apartment. The apartment itself is not big, there are cockroches and ants everywhere! The fridge wasn't working so the cockroches had made it their home there. The only light in the bedroom wasn't working. The bed is small, uncomfortable and squeaks with every movement and for a blanket we had a 'piece of cloth' barely big enough for one person. A person also walks through the halls at 7am every morning ringing a bell.

The location is okay and the staff at the entrance is nice.

The cockroaches in every cupboards of the apartment and in the bathroom, so many of them. We didn't stay even one night and ran away.
