This place is really great ! The host is very friendly and absolutely incredible, replying to all the demands in minute! Very clean place, cleaning service for free, very safe, I stayed quite a month and I was really happy! Very big room, no noise, close to the center and the beach, great location and... you can cook! :)

Leider war in unserer Unterkunft ein sehr strenger Geruch zu vernehmen, alsob lange niemand gelüftet hätte und sich Feuchtigkeit gebildet hat.

Ambiente familiar. Excelente recepção pela anfitriã - e agora amiga - Beth. Nos sentimos muito bem cuidados, respeitados e atendidos da melhor maneira possível. O apartamento é funcional, limpo e organizado. Localização impecável! Tudo perfeito!!! Querida Beth, obrigado por todo carinho com meu filho João Pedro! Te aguardaremos no Brasil!!

Just sheets no blankets (very common in Mexico), bathroom started to smell bad after a couple days, no lamps

The location of the property is great. It’s within walking distance of everything. We didn’t need bikes to get around. Rooms have ample storage and include basic necessities like a/c, fridge, coffee maker. The pool is well-kept. The owner of the property, Doña Bety was lovely. She was extremely friendly and accommodating.

To begin with, check-in is at 3. When we arrived, the room didn’t become available until later in the evening which was frustrating. Once we finally got into our room, our a/c remote didn’t work which took several minutes to get resolved. Unfortunately, at the beginning of our stay, the property had a very bad water leak. We were forced to move rooms, but we continued to have issues with water in and directly outside of our room. Whoever manages the hotel seemed bothered by our requests to have water cleaned up in our room. We also requested some sort of compensation which they said they’d look into but never did deliver. To make matters worse, the last 2 nights a large family stayed in rooms beside us. They were extremely loud into early morning hours - slamming doors, having phone conversations outside our room, etc. The rooms all open up to the same place, so if there are loud guests, there’s no escape.
