very nice, clean and comfortable app., window sites were very helpful and so was a washing machine. We were allowed to stay until evening when we had a night flight back home. Thank you.

Sophia is a great host and the apartment is well equipped

The property was fully equipped for a long stay and was close by the beach. It was very quiet as it's a standalone small ground floor apartment without any neighbors causing any noise. The host provided also shower essentials for a long stay and the kitchen was fully equipped for someone to cook. Internet connection was fine.

One thing that I thought would be provided was regular cleaning but it wasn't the case. There was not even once in the 11 days stays that someone cleaned the house. However, there were spare towels and bedsheets in the drawers available for us to change them. The apartment was meant for 3 adults and includes 1 double bed which had a mattress with springs making it very pointy and uncomfortable and the bedframe was short and even though I am not tall my legs could touch the edge of the bedframe. In addition the width of the bedframe wad not suitable for 2 people to sleep. The 3rd person slept on a sofa-bed which had a gap in the middle when fully extended and was not even in terms of balance. It was inclined towards one direction making it difficult to sleep either in the middle or in one of the two sides. Unfortunately, there were ants in the house making it difficult to leave any food outside of the fridge and they would be climbing even on the sofa of the living room if they would sense any food, making it unbearable sometimes. I don't know if this was caused because it's on the ground floor or if anything else needs to be done to prevent it. The house is not ideal for someone without car because it's far from the city and there is one small super market nearby where you can buy fruits/vegetables and many other things. The commute with public transportation is not very convenient because the bus stop is approximately 15-20 minutes walk from there. Restaurants are on a 25-30 minutes walking distance from the house.

Accommodation had everything we needed for our little stay. Highly recommended for some relaxed and quiet time in Kos.
