New Serene Mountains Munnar

It's ok

We were cheated by mr. Verghese, in peak season. We have booked via booking.com 7days earlier. Without any intimation they have given our rooms to others for better rate may be... And were least bothered to inform. As i went with my family... I thought i will be wise to confirm booking and pay any prepayment if the host asks us... Even though according to the website.. prepayment was not required. They have lifted our call and started blabbering bullshit... They were scared later and were telling various reasons like... Owner wife has breast cancer,, her cousin died in accident... etc etc.

We had to struggle whole night in our beautiful alleppy stay... To get bookings for next 2days.

Excellent location. Fantastic view of the mountain and valley side.. Big rooms. Peaceful and safe location.. Uncle and Aunty have given a warm welcome.. There are very good restaurants near by in walking distance.. Amazing experience

I had a wonderful stay at New Serene Mountains in Munnar. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills, and it’s conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to access. Behind the stay is a lovely spice park, adding a unique touch to the stay. The nearby Dream Land Fun and Adventure Park is great for families, and attractions like Chengulam Dam (2km) and Ripple Waterfalls (5km) are just a short drive away. The stay itself was very comfortable, and the host was exceptionally friendly, taking care of all our needs and ensuring we were well looked after. The food was delicious, with a good variety of freshly prepared meals.Overall, New Serene Mountains is a great choice for anyone visiting Munnar. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a trip to Munnar!
