Luxury at its finest. Everything about the property adds to your relaxing stay in Santorini. Highly recommend this property. The spa pool is an excellent added extra with a view.

Great view. Not very busy and away from the crowds but close enough to all major attractions.

Extremely disappointed to say the least. Myself and my partner stayed here for one night and on our arrival, the ground was covered in water from the jacuzzi upstairs. The bed was completely damp, we were unable to sleep in it as we did not want to be sick for the rest of our trip. Extremely frustrated after getting no sleep I text the owner for some sort of compensation and he rufused. I had paid cash up front which is a big mistake I made!

It was clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable as well.

Using the shower for over 2 minutes will cause for the water to flood into the room. Additionally, the upstairs suites hot tub caused a leak that gathered a 2 in deep puddle in the entrance that eventually leaked into our room. This made the whole room smell incredibly bad in addition to it being gross!

Tio has been a very nice host, ready to respond to all our necessities. We had a little problem with a small leak of water from the boiler and he came and solve it immediately. I recommend the suite with hot tub at the upper flow, it is cozy and the shower is fantastic, it will surprise you :) even if you can’t see the sunset straight from the pool, the particular shape of the terrace gives you a comfortable sensation of privacy and protection from the wind too, and the sea view is beautiful (you can still see the sunset if you lean out of the terrace).

Pyrgos is an old village rising on a steep hill, and from the square to the top it is all pedestrian area. So just consider that you will have to walk some minutes on quite steep paths (most of them are stairs) to reach the property. Since we had just backpacks for us was not a problem, but better know this if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Is a beautiful tiny property with exceptional host who explained us all the details about the facilities and the nearby attractions. From the moment we arrived, we felt cared for and at home.
