Courtlands farm camping and glamping

We loved how quiet it was, lovely views, and enjoyed seeing all the animals nearby

No running hot water inside the van

The location, on a farm, was pleasant with good views. The owners were very friendly and Laura, very kindly, booked and drove us to the Jackdaw Inn for Dinner ,as my brother and I were walking. The Glamping van is well provided for but there was no gas to the hob that we were able to access - No tea in the morning and no additional bedding ( It was a cold night).

Nice and cosy place to spend some quality time. Few animals and loads of field to walk around. The dog loves fetching the stick :)) I would highly recommend!!

Lovely homely, peaceful surroundings.

Nothing

Breakfast was basic. Looking for a full breakfast. I should have check before hand and bring extra food.

From the station to the location, needed a car. Fortunately I received a lift from extended neighbour from the station.

Location was peaceful and views spectacular, pigs to see, added bonus as was the crow and squirrel stand off in the field!

Some washing up liquid and an empty bin but nothing major

No one to welcome and didn’t see the owners at all … Coming from a funeral to somewhere peaceful didn’t happen as the grass cutter was going up and down for over an hour … the noise was awful … the toilets were dirty (see pics) … the bedding was not ironed and the sheet snd pillows had snags in them ….the pillows smelt horrible …. We expected some kind of breakfast but cereal in jars (could have had anyone touching) two old bananas an orange, bread and one pint of milk that wasn’t enough for two people was disappointing ….we had to go back out and find a shop so that we could have something for breakfast …. First time glamping with breakfast was supposed to be a new experience ….. well we definitely won’t be returning …. I have more photos and videos if required …
