* Location was great, in between both Guruvayoorappan temple and Mammiyoor Shiva temple! * the apartment itself was great. security, multiple lifts, internet available within the apartment * it had a kitchen with kettle, induction stove and some plates and also items to clean * i requested for a late check out and the host was happy to extend. * good host

i booked a room for 4 adults and naturally expected a 2 BHK but it was a 1 BHK with only 1 bed. one of us had to sleep in the couch and i had to sleep in the floor! i feel this is an issue with the booking.com preference to show this apartment rather than the apartment itself! it was hot and the AC was available only in the bedroom not in the living room for 4 people 1 bathroom was certainly not sufficient! the mobile network does not work.. limited signal and only broadband was working

Cleanliness

It's a home with amneties without a care taker at night, depending exclusively with the building security, which we were unaware. Hence advised to book the room before 10 pm to speak to the owner to arrange the stay. It's acceptable, though, but I was surprised as reached early morning 1am. Also there was no toiletries like soap, towels etc.

Nice location - best for temple Dharshan purposes

Small kitchen like space which is of no use - No drinking water facility - one double bed is available- can keep extra cot or similar for extra guest .
