Everything about our stay was amazing. The host was very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this villa for your next stay in Canggu.

Location - heart of Canggu it was perfect! Great villa for a family or 3 couples, 3 seperate rooms each has an ensuite. Outdoor kitchen area was perfect, beds were extremly comfy and the pool was wonderful also. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had an issue with the hot water in the showers - we forgot to bring this up with the host as the weather was hot and we didn't mind.

We rented this property for three weeks in Canggu, Bali, and unfortunately, it ended up being quite disappointing. The only real advantage was the size of the accommodation, with three bedrooms and a large outdoor area with a nice pool. However, the overall value for money was not there. The rooms were very worn down, giving the impression that the focus was purely on making profit with minimal investment in the property. What wasn’t clear when booking was that towels were only changed once a week, which, in this price range, is something I would expect to be done daily. The cleaning staff, while very friendly and trying their best, were clearly not trained to meet any acceptable hygiene standards. The fact that the same mop water was used in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and then the kitchen was disturbing. It was unhygienic and simply unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. The bathrooms had strong odors, and the air quality in the bedrooms was poor—there was a lingering sense of moisture and possibly mold in the walls. To make matters worse, due to the lack of cleaning, one morning we found a rat in the pool, and over the next few days, we had cockroaches. We ended up taking the initiative to take out the trash ourselves, but the overall hygiene was not up to standard. Another issue was communication with the housekeeper. Simple requests often went unanswered or were met with “I don’t understand,” instead of attempting to use a translator. At this price point, I expect better service. To make things worse, there was a hidden security camera in the back garden that was pointed directly into the living area, which felt like an invasion of privacy. There was no prior mention of security cameras, which I find concerning. Finally, communication with the owner was difficult. There was an issue with some insect lights that weren’t working, and when they were replaced, it was with another broken one.
