Location, extras in the apartment such as water , sweets unlimited coffee and tea , parking spots and electric charger with 17% discount :) so yeah overall very convenient place

All is good really if you are solo traveler and spend most time on the go and use apartment to just do your basic needs shower sleep eat

This apartment was simply beautiful. The owner was friendly,the check in was very easy,attention to the small details to make you comfortable and extra amenities in the fridge was such a pleasant surprize. The bed was comfortable and the sunrise view from the balcony is not to miss. I will definitely come back again with pleasure. Amazing customer service and hospitality.

Well-equipped, modern apartment, in a new location with a beautiful view and quiet surroundings. The host was welcoming and friendly.

The biggest downside was cleanliness—many drawers and storage spaces in the cabinets were dirty and cluttered with various items, boxes, and even clothes, probably left behind by others. In the hallway wardrobe, I found a dirty fork with food remains, and in one of the drawers, there was a bag with sprouted potatoes. The kitchen countertop had crumbs, the toaster was dirty, as was the tableware. The apartment constantly smelled of cigarettes, and the odor persisted even after airing it out. In the bathroom, there were no hooks to hang towels. Cleaning supplies (bucket with mop and basin) were left visible in the apartment.
