Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym sercu Tropei, jednak zgiełk głównego bulwaru nie był słyszany.

Nie bylo wi-fi, przydał by się czajnik elektryczny albo jakikolwiek. Nasz pobyt pechowo zbiegł się z remontem na dole kamienicy więc rano była głośna pobudka.

- great location, close to the train station and right in the city centre. - Comfortable beds and spacious room. - Romy the host was really nice and helpful. - Nice shower and bathroom. - spacious kitchen with iron and microwave as well. - the shared corridor was not a problem, It did not impact in our privacy. The owners have their own house and the corridor is the only thing we shared. I felt in my own apartment. - the building had lift and I could leave the luggage when I arrived as the room was not ready.

- internet is extremely slow. Not able even to send a photo via WhatsApp. I could not work in my computer as the wifi did not work properly. - The owner’s son left the house, coming out through the shared corridor, in multiple occasions at night, always slamming the door totally careless, when he left or came back home, not caring about the noise he made, and waking me up. He should take into consideration that there are guests sleeping at night and early morning.

It was a very comfortable stay, and place is big, although it should be marked more clearly that the corridor is shared with the family. Otherwise all was great, just a bit unclear on the conditions (ie we weren't sure if the bathroom was also shared or not..)

The first room should have some cover on the see through windows out to the corridor, as when the light comes up it gets very bright inside

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Leider haben einige Punkte in der Unterkunft enttäuscht. 1. Falsche Beschreibung: Die Unterkunft wird fälschlicherweise als "ganzes Appartement" angeboten (zumindest auf deutsch). Jedoch wohnt die Gastgeberfamilie in der selben Wohnung und teilt sich den Gang mit einem. Bucht man nicht beide Zimmer können zudem noch andere Gäste dazukommen die dann auch die Küche und das Bad mitbenutzen. Richtige Privatsphäre hat man hier nicht. Korrekt wäre die Bezeichnung "Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad" auf booking. 2. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind extrem hellhörig. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist zudem etwas lauter. Es wurde teils bis um 12 Uhr Nachts laut diskutiert, fast schon geschrien, um 4 Uhr Fernsehen geschaut, um 6 mit Geschirr geklappert. Die Türen bieten leider fast keinen Schallschutz. Wenn jemand im oberen Stockwerk duscht hört man das Wasser in der Wand hinter dem Kopfteil vom Bett fließen. Die Fenster sind alt und überhaupt nicht schalldämmend. Bis 12 Uhr nachts hört man jedes Auto und jeden Roller, Unterhaltungen auf der Straße. Ab 6 Uhr knallen die Autotüren der Frühaufsteher. Mittwochs um 4 Uhr Nachts werden Flaschenkontainer geleert. 3. Die Einrichtung ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Türenklinken knarzen laut und die Türen knallen beim Schließen. Das ist unschön wenn Nachts die Gastgeber nach Hause kommen. Zudem ist ein Rollo im vorderen Zimmer kaputt, er ist halb geöffnet und kann nicht bewegt werden. Eine Steckdose neben ist auch kaputt. 5. Es wird laut booking Internet mit 58 Mbit/s versprochen, aber die Geschwindigkeit beträgt nur ~ 3 Mbit/s. Das reicht für etwas Surfen, aber nicht für streaming oder Videomeetings. An einem Tag gab es in ganz Tropea kein Internet.
