Amazing hospitality from Silvia! Apartment is very close to center, restaurants, train station. Very cozy, clean and comfortable, definitely recommend to stay there !

Location is very close to the train station, communication from the host was easy to understand to gain entry and the present was an added touch

The studio apartment was modern and clean and provided good space for 3 people. location was pretty good Our host was delightful and left a bottle of wine and some coffee pods for our uses with the coffee machine The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great.

There are no windows just a frosted glass in area and we found that difficult. We stayed for 4 nights

What a great little apartment for our time in Como! There was plenty of space for me and my friend, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent – we really enjoyed our daily walk to and from the main part of town, and we loved the nearby bakery for coffee every morning. The host really saved us when our flight was delayed and we missed the last train – she sent a friend to pick us up for a fee. She also helped us figure out the ferry times and gave great food recommendations. We loved this stay!

Not a big deal, but the building door is very loud so we were woken early one morning when the neighbor was going in and out. The couch isn't super comfortable because the cushions keep sliding out from under us. But, not a big deal, we were very happy in this apartment and would happily stay again.

Good location, quick walk into the town center. Silvia is very a nice and attentive host. Check in and out is easy. The bed is comfortable.

Had a nice shower and bathroom. The host was very nice.

Beware that the pictures make it seem like you will have a courtyard. Which I expected. Instead the living area doesn’t have any window to look out. Stairs to bedroom are dangerous without a handrail.

Fantastic location and very clean apartment with all amenities needed. Silvia was very responsive via WhatsApp and gave us great information of the best areas to see & lots of recommendations for food.
