Have a wonderful experience during stay at royal dream gust house

Pathetic service. Bad behaviors.

They did not fulfill their commitment. The room was without AC, and the Staff was very annoyed. I do not recommend anyone to be stay here.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, there isn’t ac in every room when it says there is in the booking description, staff lied to me about the availability of a room with ac the following night, when I actually asked the people in the room with ac they said they had booked into there already online, i confronted staff in a calm manner and to their credit they offered me a different and cooler room but it was full of mosquitoes and still no ac, they also still never gave me all of my change that was due and they didn’t seem bothered about getting it for me. I had 2 instances of staff walking away from me whilst I was talking to them about these issues. It was a bad experience for me

The location wasn't bad, but it's important to note that you need a car/taxi to get anywhere — there’s nothing within walking distance.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the accommodation and the owner. On the first night, we were given a smaller room, and my brother had to sleep on a mattress, even though we had booked an entire suite. In the following days, the owner repeatedly tried to move us into a smaller room in order to rent out the suite again. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the owner offered no help at all. On top of that, the owner demanded more money than what was confirmed through Booking.com and even asked us to check out a day earlier than originally booked. Cleanliness: The rooms were all very dirty, with poorly maintained furniture (for some examples see attached photos). While some of the furniture appeared new or modern, it was unfortunately dirty and partially broken. The toilet and bathroom smelled terrible, even though we kept the ventilation on constantly. Conclusion: We would not recommend this accommodation to any family. It caused too much stress and lacked basic hygiene.
