Yala Queens Resort & Safari Place

I loved my stay here! I arrived hot and sweaty and they immediately served me a complimentary juice and cold water which was much appreciated. Upon leaving, the owner kindly drove me to the bus station and even waited for the bus to come to make sure I got on the right bus. The room was amazing for the price too! Very value for money - would definitely recommend.

The place was great, peaceful and clean in a very nice surrounding near the river. You can walk by easily to some shops, restaurants, and temples . Lac Tissa is quite at a walkable distance. The owner was so nice with me ! He drove me to the lake with his scoter and shown me around his childhood playground and secret spots ! The country side is absolutely beautiful ! Plus : ask him to taste the curd !!

Destination was fine, close enough to Yala national park.

Everything was dirty, bathroom, wet towels, bed sheets, pillow cases.. We asked for new towels, blankets and pillow cases and we got even worse ones. Bathroom seemed like someone used it just before we came. Owner had “party” with friends beside our room is it wasn’t possible to sleep.

Nice outdoor seating with hammock, amazing nightsky in the night!! Comfortable room with AC and hot water👍
