"A wonderful stay! Would gladly return."

Everything was lovely. The best guest house breakfast I’ve ever had, excellent quality ingredients and options, well made. Convenient easy to find location, wonderful welcoming and accommodating and helpful hosts, very clean, comfortable room with everything needed (although duvet was too warm for us so we just removed it and slept with the blanket). Our rooms were at the back of the hotel so they gave us the breakfast table with the best view in the morning, so thoughtful!

Breakfast fry up excellent, location good, in a quiet spot within comfortable walking distance of amenities. Outlook from front rooms outstanding with a beautiful view of Morecambe Bay.

Wi-Fi signal at the top of the house a little weak.

Comfortable spacious room in a warm and very clean house, not too far from the centre of the town. Friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent service at breakfast, tasty options.

Excellent breakfast freshly cooked with homemade jams. Good views of Bay from dining room. Friendly owners very welcoming. Convenient location and small car park. Close for visiting Lake District and Cartmel.

"Excellent Short Break"

From the moment we arrived for mum's birthday weekend, we couldn't have asked for anything more than a pot of freshly brewed tea. Taken to our rooms which were very well appointed, we were shown the comprehensive breakfast menu, which came the morning, matched our expectations, with fresh fruit juices, home made fruit compote, porridge, eggs asparagus mushroom & Cumberland breakfast (can't list all). Our rooms had a sofa to relax in & were of a good size. Parking is good & the walk into Grange was pleasant along the promenade after the sumptuous breakfast. We will definitely be booking again.
