A dimensão , espaço. O sossego.

Construção muito quente. Falta de ar condicionado. Casa de banho sem janelas, duche da suite não é funcional : a água bate no vidro em vez de cair na base. Relva sintética Falha de alguns utilitários ( utensílios cozinha/refeições)

It is a modern house, well equipped, clean, spacious, with plenty of space in the back for grill or kids to play. Nice, quiet location. If you have a car it is close to Ponta Delgada, sandy beach but also to main island's spots. 2 separete bathrooms + a wc is an advantage for stay of 2 families (it is possible to extend to 9 beds with extra fee).

We stayed for a week in July when the price for rent was relatively high.

Really spacefull house. Quiet location. Good beds with nice bedding linens and nice bathtowels. Very good and comfortable roller blinds for good sleep. Easy parking for 2 cars. Good access to the main roads across the island. Good wifi. Trash sorting boxes just outside the door.

There was no hot tube as promised in the description. Also the 3rd bathroom (the downstairś one) is just toilet (wc). Hence 4 people need to share 1 bathroom as the other full bathroom is in the bedroom for couple. So the main reason we ordered this house - to have own bathroom for every 2 people was not fulfilled. There were practically zero amenities in the kitchen (only 2 pcs for dishwasher, only very small amount of dish washig foam, 1 pcs of dishcloth....), no salt, no suger, no coffee - there were some staple foods but every piece (like coffe capsule for coffee maschine, every tea bag...) was priced and so you need to buy everything - never ever I had this experience in such type of house renting. There was not enough cooking pots (not big enough for 6 people - so we bought new frying pan + extra knife), also very small tea mugs. The oven is not properly fixed in the wall so every opening of the oven means you need to push it back. Also no potholders so you need to be extra carefull or use your own kitchen towel (as there was only 1 pcs for 6 people for 1 week stay). To make the story short - althought the house is spacey and modern the price versus the servis is not worthy.

Bardzo przestronny, wygodny, przemyślany i w pełni wyposażony dom (pralka, suszarka, patio z grillem, zmywarka itp.). Dużo miejsca, dużo łóżek, dużo łazienek. Dobra lokalizacja (przy założeniu posiadania samochodu) - łatwo zaparkować pod budynkiem, dobry punkt wypadowy w różne miejsca wyspy, blisko stolicy.

Słabe WiFi, na szczęście jest dobry zasięg komórkowy 5G. Tylko jedna tabletka do zmywarki i mała ilość papieru toaletowego - za mało na 4-dniowy pobyt. To jednak drobiazgi - na 100% zatrzymałbym się ponownie w tym samym miejscu.

Gostei de tudo. Localização, condições da casa com tudo o que precisavamos. Estacionameto. O nosso grupo era de 7 amigos e ainda sobrava espaço. Honestidade dos donos da casa perdi o meu relógio foi encontrado pela equipa de limpeza, e antes de sair da ilha já o tinha comigo. Não tenho mais palavras para descrever o quanto todos nos sentimos bem naquela linda d acolhedora casa.

The home is modern, beautiful, spacious, and the outdoor backyard space was nice to spend time in.

The moment you enter, you're overcome with the smell of mildew/mold. Black and white mold is actively growing under the stairs (open/ exposed) on the first floor. As an asthmatic, I could not stay, I tried for two nights but had persistent coughing fits and needed to use our portable nebulizer. Some of us had to find another place to stay for health reasons.
