We stayed att his property as a substitution from our original booking. The view from the terrace is really amazing, my partner and I enjoyed breakfasts and dinners with the incredible colors of the sea and of the coast. The flat is really spacious and well furnished. Plenty of space, either for sleeping or just chilling.

If you drive something bigger than a mid-sized car this is not your place, as the property is located on uphill road with narrow parking to be shared with the cars of other tenants, with entering and exiting very difficult due to the limited manouvering space - I grew up in the area and I am quite used to difficult parking but had give up to avoid damaging my SUV and park a short distance on the SS1 Aurelia below, walking up and down to the property. No big deal, unless you have mobility problems or in the Summer season when finding a parking spot becomes very difficult anywhere in Rapallo. On the upside, bus stops on the SS1 are a short walk. Management should make potential guests aware of the limited access space for bigger cars. No coffee machine (just mokas if you know how to use them) and a broken window glass in one of the bedroom.
