Cozy apartment with nice atmosphere, perfect communication with the host, very good price/value ratio.

The only negative detail concerns the bathroom/toilet in second-floor-bedroom: the walls are not built up to the ceilimg, so they make a “fence” only, so you have less privacy when being on toilet and the other people in that bedroom can hear everything… But it is necessary to say that there is another bathroom/toilet in third-floor-bedroom which is fully separated. Otherwise everything was perfect.

"Charming house in the heart of the city, highly recommended"

A small house in the heart of the city, next door to the one of the best streets for dining in Catania. The garage is just 50 meters away which made our trip even more convenient (it was a motorcycle road trip). Andrea is an excellent host and wast here to accommodate all our requests immediately. He even shared some great biking roads on mount Etna :). The property actually looks better in person than on the photos. You have your own small private house in the heart of the city, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The house is narrow and tall, there are a lot of stairs which are not easy to climb, especially with the luggage, but it is an old house that was refurbished, so some compromises had to be made. The water pump on the ground floor is noisy, if it was my property I would improve the sound isolation (although it didn't bother us during the night).

Very nice small apartment in downtown Catania, 10 metres away you have tons of restaurants and bars. Privacy in central city!

The noise from outside up until restaurants are open (till midnight), but if you don’t want to go bed early, specially if you enjoy these restaurant then its not an issue.
