GBGreat location for access to everything via car. Chora, the picturesque old town is 5 minutes drive away as is Patitiri. The villa itself has everything you need and is almost certainly the nicest accommodation we've had in Greece in the forty years I've been holidaying. The garden is quite small which wasn't quite what we expected from the photographs, but this certainly isn't a complaint and should not put you off, just set your expectations accordingly.
Personally, I would have liked it to be set in larger grounds and further from the Chora road but I'm being picky so please don't let this put you off.

ROThe apartment is a State of Art. As soon as we stepped in the house we can't take our eyes from the decoration. All pieces are designed by the owner, and you need time to discover all of them. The location is near to the port so is convenient for going out and have a nice dinner in the port.

ITThe property has a fantastic sea view and is immersed in silence and peace. The inside is well furnished and comfortable. We loved having breakfast on the little terrace. It has a private parking spot. George is super nice and kind. Definitely recommended!

DEVery beautiful House and Garden with beautiful colors and self made wooden furniture. Everything made by the owner Georgios. Beautiful scenery and view onto the port of Patitiri and from the upper flat also onto the Sunset.
ROAmazing view and design of the house, confort, very good communication with the owner, very well equipped appartment. The children loved the loft/attic.
There is only an AC unit in the loft/attic, so in the main bedroom I have to keep the windows opened to have a breeze. Eventually the best solution that worked as good as an AC unit, was to open only the window from the head of the bed, so the traffic noise wouldn't disturb us.
