The host was suspicious wanted payment in bank transfer. Never gave me check in instruction. I wasn’t able to check-in. The host did not answer to her phone. I was waiting hour and a half outside in the heat until I called booking.com. The booking was cancelled and I had to book an new accommodation in a last minute. Stay away!

This is an exceptional property with every amenity you could need . Clean , comfortable with lots of space for a family or group of friends . Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of space in the other areas . Lovely hosts . Quiet at night .

I am not sure how it would be if you had a car but I was on foot and the road outside is extremely dangerous and even though the walk to the supermarket is a short distance away ,I would advise if walking to go through the hospital car park . There are no restaurants or bars that you can safely walk too . The safest way to acess the centre of Palermo is by bus from the hospital not the walk to the train station . This is not about dangerous people. I met lovely concerned sicilia who despite the language barrier were very helpful It is about the roads and the fact that pedestrian crossings are not observed. John Kennon is the best interchange for the beach or the historic centre ,not the stop before as google maps will tell you . The bus in the direction of Stadio is the best for the train station and change in Trincera . Bus tickets are cheap and you can buy a bus ticket for 3 ,5 or 7 day tickets. These tickets also cover Monreale which is worth a visit , bus to John Lennon ,then 110 to center then bus to Monreale . It sounds like a lot but the interchanges are easy .
