Property is great with a beautiful green yard, silence and birds singing all the time.

The owner Marina was sooo kind! The property is good designed, all is well. I advise to put a stove into the building, cause I was dreamed to prepare breakfest to my girlfrend - but it was impossible. All the redtveas absolutely ok.

Really beautiful house in a quiet location not too far away from the national park. The host is very welcoming, gave me free wine and prepared an amazing breakfast for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and can highly recommend this location!

Very friendly host - Marina gave us a very warm welcome and even tough we didn‘t speak the same language we managed to communicate easily. The location is perfect, quiet and close to the Lagodechi Nationalpark. The breakfast was also very good. Would stay there again!

Great place to relax in a peaceful garden and specious, lovely living room and comfortable bedrooms. Cosy, clean, very homely with hot showes, and coffee in the rooms. The hosts are very kind and helpful. It's only 600 m from the bus station in a very quiet part of Lagodekhi. Highly recommended.

Availability, even almost at night.

Bathroom is outside of the room in common corridor. Very low ceilings on the stairs, it can be big problem for tall people

Beautiful decorated rooms, very clean and super friendly host. Perfectly located between national park and city centre.

AC was available but not working while we stayed so we got a heater in our room, which was fine.

Nice host, quiet area.
