the furnishings & bathrooms were nice. also extremely safe.

they were promoting that they had air conditioning, however ours was broken and the people the in the main office were not helpful or accommodating. our concierge was great but only so much she can do. we weren’t even provided a fan until our 2nd night, and it was just 1 for a 2bd apartment. for 2 of 3 nights we had no AC which we spent extra on this location for specifically. we got 12 hours of AC. they didn’t even leave it on to cool the apartment after they finally mixed it, yet managed to close all the windows we had for some sort of ventilation.
