No mop, fan not working, found dirty mop outside the next day, small window in the master room can be open from outside🫣

Location was great. Having a door code was great so no need for a key. Good amount of tea and coffee.

The fans did not work in all the rooms which was a bit annoying. We booked for 8 people, there were 5 forks and 7 knives no teaspoons. Only 4 glasses for soft drink and one rack in the oven which did not fit the trays provided. It was a bit dirty and there was only 1 bathmat and 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms. The lawns were not mown and the back yard was unkempt. The outside table and chairs were inside table and chairs which had become sun damaged and left marks on our clothes so we didn't use them.. There was a TV but it couldn't be turned on and the tea towels did not dry the dishes properly and left black fluff over everything. We paid quite a lot for our stay so these things made it quite disappointing.

Great location. The house was very spacious. Easy, quick access. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure. 2 bathrooms. Off street parking.

No tea, coffee. Only 1 smoke alarm away from kitchen, in a 4 bedroom house.

Just close to the places we needed to get to.

The place on arrival was disgusting, beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned, kitchen not cleaned. Floors dirty, rubbish bins full, shit in the toilet, literally. Had to ring person, who apparently only manages the place, first said oh cleaners forgot, then said she couldn't come, then after some discussion she finally came 20mins later and took 40mins to clean the surface. No tea, coffee, sugar, milk was left,. We had to ask for towels as only left us 4 when had booked for 7 people, only 2 face cloths, no hand towels, had to get more toilet paper only left 1 roll for 7 women. Wouldn't book there again.
