It was great stay for us. We really enjoyed every minutes. We are highly recommend this host

Loved the warm pool, the fireplace and unlimited supply of firewood :) and the breakfast too. Highly recoemnded

-The host was very kind and helpful -Good location nearby attraction places like Sapanca lake corniche, Mashokyia and Kartepe. -good place for relaxation for 1 or 2 days max -our neighbors were a bit noisy but the host took a good care.

-The next day the water heater wasn't working (out of gas) -the facility looks very nice but there are some things need to be maintained for example doors, shower hose and Jacuzzi decorations. -the electricity went off, and since the facility's main door is electric I've water till the power came back again to drive out

The location, the property itself, the reheated pool, the jacuzzi , the view actually everything about it was just amazing.

So many insects… I followed the good reviews trusting that we will be comfortable in the stay and in the end, we couldn’t sleep all night because way too many insects and flies in our ears, the internet wasn’t working for half of the day, so we cut our stay short and left even though we didn’t get the refund for one of the nights that we deserved to. The owner was nice at first but became very passive and rude after we fought for our rights and even blamed us for not keeping the place clean… first time we ever experienced this in our lives. We still didn’t get the full refund as we deserve. We didn’t even ask for refund of full stay even though we didn’t expect to feel uncomfortable… just for one of the nights. I understand it’s non refundable but in cases like this where we didn’t expect to feel the discomfort ofcourse a refund needs to be given! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
