GBJanessa is warm and welcoming and she has a great place for travellers to stay. It has everything you need. Cosy room with a fan, adjoining outside area with view of the garden, tea, coffee and Milo in the shared kitchen. Having use of the washing machine was a bonus and our clothes dried in no time in the hot Pacific sun. Janessa even provides a delicious breakfast which we weren’t expecting making this excellent value for money. 10/10 from us. It’s only a couple minutes walk from the airport across the road so you save on a taxi too. Local buses into town ( 150 VT) pass by the door making it easy to get around.

NZThe place is in a perfect location - just a few minutes on foot from the airport! Joy was exceptionally welcoming, she organized the cultural village tour for me and other guests (which was already over for the day) and took us there. All the time I felt really welcomed and cared for. Breakfast was also very delicious, the best I've had in Vanuatu!

AUStaying with Joy was a pleasure. The location was perfect, walking distance from airport and the room was cozy and clean with a private balcony. Joy was always available to answer my questions. She was super kind and dropped me at the airport and also gave me lift to the town. Do yourself a favor and book her place, its very popular and mostly booked out so if you find an available slot, grab it. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, and complimentary breakfasts, everything was perfect. I’d love to stay here again! Thanks aunty Joy, hope to stay with you again soon.

USAUAUThis guesthouse or homestay is right close by the Port Vila airport and was a marvellous find. The host and her family were very welcoming and so friendly. Being so close to the airport was a huge bonus for me, as I had to travel the next day on a domestic flight to one of the outer islands. It is wonderful if you have more time to stay here, as you can get a local bus into the town area quite cheaply. Two or three nights in Port Vila for example. I recommend it.
KESuch a nice place and near the airport, with access for buses outside the gate. The staff exceptional. I like the breakfast! Wifi is very good . Overall ,a home far away from home.
