"DId not use the facility as I was having problems contacting them and it was getting late, waste of"

After an hour phoning and trying to make contact I abandoned the effort and went to another establishment where they answer the phone and receivie you - this was already verl late in the afternoon and I did not enjoy being left stranded. Poor, very poor service

The room was not clean,the dust bin was full of waste,dirty dishes on the kitchen sink even the bedding was dirty or not changed
