The landlord is extremely kind, friendly, and lovely. I also run a B&B in France, and in Greece, I experienced the warm hospitality of the landlord. They are the best B&B hosts I've ever encountered, always willing to meet guests' needs and preferences. Every guest has different expectations, but I believe this B&B is excellent. I will definitely recommend it to friends vacationing in Greece when I return to France! The location is very safe; I had no issues going out at night, unlike when I stayed in the city center, where I felt unsafe and worried about theft after a friend was robbed in their hotel. This B&B in the outskirts of Athens provided me with a sense of security. I highly recommend it! I even invited the landlord and his wife to stay at our B&B in France because I'm so grateful for their kindness.The landlord's location is very convenient; you can take a taxi directly to the doorstep. It only cost me 15 euros to come from the airport by taxi. Taxis are a bit more expensive at night, but during the day, it usually only costs around 15-20 euros! The room has everything you need, and the fridge, air conditioning, and kitchen utensils are all in good working order. There's even a water purifier, which I haven't seen in other B&Bs! Even in my own B&B, I haven't provided guests with a water purifier, so this is something worth learning from! There's nothing that made me dissatisfied; I'm very pleased！

I have no complaints whatsoever; I am extremely satisfied. It is by far the safest, cleanest, and most hospitable B&B I have ever stayed at in my travels. No other compares in history.

The facility was one of the best I ever staid in, super clean, very comfortable, spacious, absolutely free of dampness, so often encountered in similar facilitiues. And the owners, super friendly, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Additionally I had a private parking possibility for my car. Apart from that, the name "Cinema Garden" is really justly chosen, with the cinema-size projector screen in the living room, which the owner will activate upon request. It allowed me to watch my favourite sports event on a scale, which one normally does not encounter. Excellent!

Nothing, everything was/is fine, available and neat!!

The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. The accommodation includes a spacious room, kitchen, private bathroom, and a living room equipped with a home theater. The top level has a wonderful view of the sea.

Spacious apartment with beautiful flower entry. Close to airport. (Paid Uber €25-30). Very nice hosts.

Kitchen needs more basic items (cups, plates, etc). Most of appliances were completely turned off on our arrival (fridge, stove, etc).

Very roomy and good cinema screen for watching movies

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. A spacious self contained apartment . Lovely seaside restaurant within 15 minutes walk. 15 mins Taxi ride from Athens Airport. A lovely place for you to relax. And all at a very reasonable price.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night we couldn’t experience all of the facilities. The space is very spacious.

We could not find a kettle but because we only stayed the one night and left early in the morning, didn’t bother asking for one myself. The house could benefit from a manual to operate the stovetop and hot water.

The landlord is very nice, the best landlord I have ever seen, and the landlord's wife is very beautiful. They also invited me to visit upstairs, which I am very grateful for! This homestay is very good and meets all needs, and you can also watch movies! The facilities are very complete, the room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The toilet and living room are very spacious. The kitchen is very tidy and has everything you need! There is also a small garden at the door, which is very beautiful! I will stay here again next time and share it with everyone on Twitter!
