wonderful lake front appartment near Bellagio

We are a family of 4 (a couple with 6yr old and a 3yr old). Ida is amazing. The communication with her was great, she's hospitable, attentive and helped us a lot! We had a car and the location was great for us - there's a private parking, you are within 13 minutes from Bellagio's port and center and a 5 minutes walk from a quiet little shore. The house itself has two stories, it is beautiful and confortable, very quiet, has an amazing view to the lake, it's equiped with almost anything you would need, it's clean, the water pressure is great in the showers and there are smat-tv's and AC on both stories.

There are some steps to get from the parking to the front door (like climing 2 stories), which might be a challange for some people, and the stairway to the 2nd floor is steep (inside the house itself) so I was worried about my little 3yr old girl climing them - though she managed to do so without a problem!

Newly renovated, beautiful interior, Villeroy Boch porcelain. Nice balcony with tables and chairs, also chairs for beach. Lake view. Clean. The host Ida is very friendly and helpful, responsive, answered questions within a minute. Gave us very useful tips about restaurants, ferry& bus, free parking in Bellagio (parchechio Pescado). The property is about 8 minutes drive to Bellagio city centre, you need a car to go to supermarket. The free parking mentioned above is 10 minutes walk from the busy shopping streets, 15 minutes from ferry station. Very close to the property you have a ferry pier going to Bellagio and Lecco, but only 4 times a day, also a bus stop.

The room in the attic is big, but you need to pay attention not to bump into the ceiling when you get out of your bed. The shower is a bit small if you’re a big person. No place to hang your clothes.

Stairs… I am a handicapped person with legs problem. I had to go up 2 stories and drag my suitcases all the way up.. small size… rooms/bathrooms/ shower/ stairs up to 2nd bedroom… all very small size

The roads around the area are difficult to drive on in a large car, but that was our fault!!

Very close to the lake with a small and nice beach, the amazing balcony with the beautiful view, everything is clean and new. The apartment is warm and beautiful and the decor is pretty. The kitchen is easy to cook in

The location is only 8 min drive to Bellagio, and was pleasantly surprised to find the Ferry Pier was found a short path from the bottom of the garden. Ida (the host) took a lot of care and time in her communication and ensuring we had a good stay.

Mosquitoes is the whole area of Lake Como. Other residents weren’t always thoughtful with parking which sometimes made it difficult.

The stay here was exceptional. The location is perfect giving you a easy and quick access to bellagio and other parts of como by car bus or ferry. Was quiet and calm area with stunning views. Not overlooked so privacy is perfect. The parking was secure with electric gate access and private parking spot which having a premium car was a must for me. Property was stunning inside with everything and more you could need. Beautifully decorated throughout blending modern with classic Italian apartment it felt really special. The apartment is a lot larger that it looks in the photos too. Great feeling of space. Brand new air con in both bedrooms which was great. Our host Ida was a total delight being contactable at any time and giving us such a warm and Informative welcome. The apartment comes with all info such as maps timetables for ferry’s and buses. Where to dine where to drink and so on. Just make sure you water the plants and flowers while staying 😃

The location was great! Nice and quite but only a short drive to bellagio Very clean, and everything we needed was there. View of the lake was amazing. Waking up to that beautiful view is like no other

Beautiful property. Nicely furnished and equipped. Good location, 10 mins drive from Bellagio center.

It's all new so a few kinks in entering and leaving but host is really pleasant and eager to help.
