Die Lage über dem Plazza ist perfekt. Balkon mit Blick über den Markt

Was garnicht ging waren Bettwanzen in beiden Doppelbetten. Der Abfluss im Bad lief nicht ab.

"Amazing view and location but some things lacking in overall experience"

The location was excellent and the view of the Duomo was breathtaking. The host was friendly and responded well to messages on whatsapp.

The kitchenware was a bit dirty so we washed some stuff before using them. There were not enough e.g. wine glasses and small spoons for 6 people. Some things were missing (like kitchen roll, kitchen towel to dry dishes, dish soap, dishwasher liquid etc.) but luckily the host brought us some dish soap, dishwasher liquid, and some coffee capsules which was nice. It would add to the experience to have a bit more luxurious kitchenware and a bit more cleanliness. Also, it would be nice if the heating would be turned on before guests arrive; it took a while for us to figure out how to turn it on so the apartment wasn't warm the first night. The overall stay felt a bit lacking as the apartment didn't feel homey - there were no carpets, surfaces were very worn, and the sofa was quite uncomfortable, coupled with a kitchen that wasn't inviting. With small details it would feel more luxurious and worth the price.
