"Excellent stay would recommend"

Lovely welcoming hotel, outside the walled city but about a 5 min walk away. Beds really comfortable. Staff fantastic

酒店很新，在乌兹别克斯坦旅行过程中难得遇到接近中国国内连锁酒店水平的硬件条件。 酒店服务人员都很不错，一切都是彬彬有礼的。 酒店的早餐提供到10:30，适合悠闲的人们。

价格略贵，位置稍微偏一点，从古城西门走过来要十分钟。

Beautiful new hotel in excellent location, can walk everywhere in Khiva, yet not in the middle of action. Kind and attentive staff. Good breakfast.

I think the cost is too high for Uzbekistan.

"Fairytale Perfect"

Khiva is a fairytale setting, and this hotel adds to ups the experience. Everything was excellent. Great welcome, wonderful staff, beautiful room, great bed, delicious breakfast, breathtaking rooftop terrace, shaded courtyard, and gentle music. Love the bathroom and the dryer. It is expensive, and you get what you pay for and more. The guests I saw when I was there also looked expensive, the classy jet-set types, and the staff treated them as important people. I felt special. The personal treatment from the staff and the owners makes this hotel unique and worth it.
