"Terrible. We had to leave in the first 30 minutes of our arrival."

Nothing. It’s a bad property in a good location.

It’s a dilapidated building with no proper care. No professionalism whatsoever. Staircases are smelling of urine. Corridor floors not clean. It’s a ghost building vs how the name “Lux Suites” sells it. It should not be in Booking.Com platform. Properly has not responded to my email since I left.
