Airport transfer via Caticlan Airport is available at an additional charge. Pre-arrangement is required. Please inform the property of your flight details 72 hours prior to arrival date. The room rate for December 31, 2026 stay date includes a common buffet dinner for 2 people and 4 people for the Family room. Extra person should also pay for the common buffet dinner based on the prevailing rate. If number of guests is less than the standard occupancy per room category, 2 people (or 4 people for Family room) will still be charged respectively. Common buffet dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival, or other reasons.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The staff were not that hospitable unlike other hotels in Boracay that we have stayed. They did not meet my requests. No special room arrangements like I requested for our honeymoon and my OFW families. no welcome drinks- you’re not allowed to eat inside the hotel room (only light foods such as cookies/chips) We felt like, in everything you do, you need to pay… when we ate at the lobby while waiting for our check-in time, one of their staffs told us that were not allowed to eat in the lobby and directed us in the restaurant, however when we came to the restaurant with our food, they said that there is a corkage fee… we were very disappointed at that moment to think we booked a total of 6 rooms for all my family including other bookings of my family. we felt like they don’t have any considerations. all in all, we didn’t felt warm or homey during our vacation. gym facilities is not free
