Airport transfer via Caticlan Airport is available at an additional charge. Pre-arrangement is required. Please inform the property of your flight details 72 hours prior to arrival date. The room rate for December 31, 2026 stay date includes a common buffet dinner for 2 people and 4 people for the Family room. Extra person should also pay for the common buffet dinner based on the prevailing rate. If number of guests is less than the standard occupancy per room category, 2 people (or 4 people for Family room) will still be charged respectively. Common buffet dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival, or other reasons.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Nice stay in Henann Park Resort."

I liked the room, the pool view, the pool, all staff were very polite, friendly and kind. If you like Asian food they have asian buffet quite cheap for guests of hotel. Rooms look good, hotel is also looking good as it’s quite new and the bed is comfy.

I didn’t like that there is no blackout curtain, I am not sure whos idea is that, the solution they have is nice looking but not practical because if you want to sleep during day time the room is too light and you need to use sleeping mask. Location is ok, but if you want to go often to D’mall area you will have to walk, which adds up and can be a bit too much sometimes.

Everything was perfect to be honest, but the guy and girl that work in the swim up bar are so rude and unfriendly it made us not want to go there. They wouldn't even speak to us when we said please and thank you.
