Great little property to stay for couples if you want I quite weekend

There was nothing to complain about unless you don’t like the walk into town

Location for all the things I planned, as well as proximity to gems like The Bread Basket bakers and 2 Co-op stores

The high spec was as expected and a treat but not really needed for my simple no-frills requirements, in hindsight Great stay, including weather, and I agree with all the positive reviews from previous guests I will return to Felixstowe, definitely, not at this accommodation though

Overall, this apartment had a lot to offer. The spacious room was a major plus, providing plenty of living area. However, there were a few things to consider for potential renters. The Good: Large living space: This is a huge advantage, especially for those who need room to spread out.

Although the bed was comfy we found it a bit small, Points to Consider: Tiny bathroom: The small bathroom might be a drawback for some, particularly if multiple people are sharing the space. Finicky toilet seat: A minor but persistent annoyance was the toilet seat that wouldn't stay up. Small bed: While comfortable, the bed size might not be suitable for everyone. Stylish but Uncomfortable Sofa: The stylish sofa, unfortunately, lacked comfort.

Very spacious, well equipped.

The state of the bathroom. There was a used shower scrunchie hanging in the shower, two almost empty shower gels on the shower floor and a half used bar of soap on the basin. It felt like I was sharing someone’s bathroom. Small windows had no blinds or curtains. Not needed from a privacy point of view but too much natural light early in the morning when trying to sleep. (I realise this wouldn’t concern everyone but I sleep with blackout curtains so it disturbed me).

It was perfect as is , we will use it again eventually !
