Little Garden View

Great for a few days in St Albans. Easy access to the M1. Felt very secure, and peaceful. The host was so helpful in every way.

Just suggest an inventory check must be done before the next guest. No seive to drain hot water from pans during cooking. Difficulty when using a heavy pan. However, the lovely host were quick to bring me a new smaller pan. (I didn't mention the seive has they had alrrady been out to bring me a new pan).I was told there was a pan missing. Tv difficult to use, if not technical minded. No signal to get ordinary television, howver again, the host is looking into tjis now. So all in all, pretty good! Easy reach of shops too.,

The comfy bed and settee. The facilities available were good. Shame there was no milk on arrival as mentioned in other reviews. It was the perfect location for our rehearsals. Nice outdoor area to sit in.

Not being able to put the toilet paper down the toilet. I didn’t manage to find tv programmes apart from the online apps it said the tv wasn’t connected to the internet. There were no keys to open the windows and something like a net curtain would be good as property is overlooked.

Weird notice on toilet advising not to flush toilet paper although this was of the soft tissue variety. I understand requirements of sewage systems with septic tanks and macerators, but standard soft toilet tissue dissolves with contact with water so should not be a problem unlike “moist toilet tissues”. Also the towels were on the small side

Location was close to the centre. Private access to the property. Nice settings, clean, equipped with the right tools. Dishes, pans, basic stuff for making food oil, salt, pepper, herbs, frying pans, etc … 👍 various options for inside lighting. Garden with garden furniture and false grass. I would come back here again 100%! ☺️

The water pressure in the shower, something more appropriate for the toilet papers instead of a small flip topped bin and the parking front of the house in case it can be improved.

Location was ok, did like it was nice and private and no contact with anyone.

Mould in the bathroom was disgusting. Quite cold would be ok in summer.

We had a comfortable stay in this private detached place. The garden is a bonus on a sunny day.

I loved the location of this place, it was extremely close to the town center. Very nice apartment, cozy and private. The host was very friendly, helped with all questions that I had. The bed was comfortable as well. I'd definitely recommend this place and would even come back myself.
