Sink small and cold on entering

Excellent location for me and just enough for an overnight stay. Really quiet area and a comfy bed meaning I had a great night sleep

It was good for our one night stay. Host communicated well before our arrival. It was clean and tidy. Good location for our stay and parking on the drive.

There was only crockery etc for one person. This made it difficult as we were a couple, especially for morning coffee.

The toilet kept flushing and rattling all night and we didn't get much sleep. The owner claimed to have a plumber in immediately after we left who found no issue apparently, despite us showing the owner the problem and him hearing it for himself. We even video'd it. We opted to leave the next day and a refund was agreed. We still have not received any refund.

Very simple room and little expense for just a bog standard room. We didn’t want anything special as only staying for the night so this was perfect. Shower looked clean. Easy transport into city centre and short walk to the bus stop. We went end of November but room didn’t feel cold. Had Wi-Fi too. Lots of parking on side streets.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, very thin duvet and pillows, had to put jumpers underneath for comfort. Not entirely sure the room and en-suite had been cleaned before our visit. Floor needed a Hoover. Didn’t use the shower so can’t comment. The room is a bit of an awkward space as there is a small bedside table and lamp but it’s behind the headboard so hard to reach during the night. However, we knew this before staying and only chose this place for the price.

It was clean enough and had a fridge.

It was not as described - there was no parking at the property and the on street parking was fully taken up by the owner's vehicle which was taking up the space outside the room - this made things very difficult. The room was very cold on arrival and the bed only had a thin duvet. On calling the owner, he was unfriendly and put the phone down on me, all I wanted was to be warm enough to sleep. It was clean, though the shower would be too small for anyone bigger than skinny me !

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous guest, long hairs stuck to the shower wall. Shower very very small, no room to even wash properly. Wash basin not cleaned properly, tooth paste on tap and small hairs on basin. Wash basin was too small, so not practical for use. Kettle supplied but hadn't been emptied from previous guest, so I emptied tge water then because Wash basin was so small I couldn't get water into the kettle and had to keep filling a cup to put water into the kettle. No kitchen area to make food, one plate, bowl and cup on a shelf, an unplugged fridge which was very noisy when plugged in and a microwave, but no means to wash items. Bed not very comfortable and cheap pillows. I would not use this accommodation again.

No tea, coffee or milk. There was green tea but nothing else. A cup of coffee when we got there would have been lovely.
