No onsite staff. Check-in and checkout completely remote which may be acceptable to some but not us. Some personal service and attention would be appreciated. Found shower curtain and bar laying on the floor of the room. Electronic locks on doors are confusing.
What a lovely stay!!! The house is absolutely beautiful and my room was largely and well-designed. That might be the best night’s sleep ever! The bed was crazy comfortable, with lovely linens and it was so quiet and peaceful! Perfect location!! Walked just a few blocks past lovely historic homes to the Rockport waterfront. LOVED IT!!!
Nice view and sitting area on the porch. Great laundry facility. Victorian charm throughout.

USUSClean, easy to access and despite not having onsite staff it was very easy to communicate with them. The power was out when we arrived (not fault of management); they were proactive, communicated well and even provided a small credit for the inconvenience.

Musty damp smell in room being treated with “damp rid” which didn’t help with the smell. Exorbitantly expensive. No one on-site or breakfast - feels like a missed opportunity, especially for nearly $500 a night!
Hotel with no staff. We lost power one day for 1 pm until 2 am the next morning and there were no emergency lights working. Went out for the evening and came back to a completely dark building and grounds. Fortunately I had a flashlight in my car. Room was Very noisy.
Liked the keyless entry.
