Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Family Welcome to Grosvenor in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests cannot check-in outside of normal check-in hours. Contact property for details. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival along with a copy of the guest's credit card and photo ID. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit.
