The location is fantastic. It has most of the basic amenities. Check in was easy.

Bin bags were missing, and upon informing the host. Nothing was done about this. Its a VERY small place. And the aircon is very noisy.

I loved the place. It was clean and very well kept. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location and relatively close to downtown.

Parking for trucks and SUVs on the property is not really an option. You have to park on the street, but it seems safe. There is no central heating and cooling. It was below freezing temp outside and the window unit heater didn’t work so I didn’t actually stay at the property cause it was too cold. The staff worked with me on that issue and said they would refund me for that reason, but then went on and accused me of smoking when I did not smoke on the property. Said they had me on video haha I didn’t even unpack my bags and wasn’t there for longer than an hour while I was trying to help them fix the window unit and book a new place to stay at the same time. They tried to charge me for “damages”. Be sure to record and take pictures before and after your stay in case you have to deal with false accusations as I did. They may have had me confused for another guest, but didn’t say so after it was resolved with the Booking.com staff. Who knows.

Double bed but they told me a queen is on the way.. Loud window air conditioner but they kept us cool in 100 degree heat.
