Hotel Abhimaani Vasathi, Rajajinagar

Their key cards deactivate after a single use. Over a period of 5 days, each of the 4 rooms we occupied required 12 to 15 re-activations of the key cards by walking down to the reception! Extremely annoying! To be fair, the staff were very helpful and apologetic. However, the management has to invest in sorting out this problem permanently by upgrading or replacing the door locks. Poor stay experience.

There nothing to unlike everything is too good

Room was clean , staff was good ,

The toilet was not clean , No shower cap , shower and tap was not working properly and it was not clean, Staff haven't provided an room option as said fully occupied. I request for the space where I can't change my clothes they suggest me to change in dirty toilet 🚽 Floor was not clean , lobby area toilet .

Staff was good as they were immediately responding to our requests. They tried their best but overall hotel itself was lacking hygiene

Rooms were outworn. Toilets were not clean and tidy. Bedsheets and blankets were not washed so we had to request for another room. But in the new room as well i found bedsheets and blankets were not as clean as i wanted. There were dirty marks on it. Chair and table in the room was full of marks and dusty. Overall i found the rooms were unhygienic.
